bad service especially online

Ive tried numerous times to register my online account<br> With Mr. Price online store. I get an sms saying that my mmrp account is linked to my online account. Then I try calling the customer care number in my sms to ask for assistance in registering me. The operating voice says that they closed and gives the operational hours which said it closed at 17:30pm which at the time of my call was way before that stated time. I then phoned <br> Mr. Price Promenade in Mitchells Plain seeking help the call was answered by Yaseen, he put me on hold while trying to find someone to help me, but in the meanwhile I can hear him speaking to his co-worker telling her he does know what to tell me. I then spoke to some other guy I cant remember his name(Yaseen knows who he gave the phone to). I'm disappointed in the fact that they didn't even ask me for my phone number so that they could call me back. Im a loyal customer to Mr. Price and to get service of this manner is dissatisfying and unprofessional as I myself work in the service industry and know what is expected of myself to keep customers happy especially if they're loyal . I am very disappointed
