Bad service

I went to collect my lay-by at Mr Price wonderboom and I received bad service from a cashier called Kgomotso, on the 30th December 2022 the manager had to call more cashiers than come Kgomotso asked her to open the lay-by package for me than she refused she said it’s too much work for her (okay sharp) I told her I want to check everything before I pay she refused okay than I made her cancel the whole lay-by so that I can check than she called a manager or supervisor to come and void she didn’t ask why. When I asked her that why did she refuse to open the package Kgomotso said I’m making her talk too much. I checked everything than the zip of the bag pack I bought was not working I heard to change it than I told Kgomotso this is the reason why I wanted to check everything. Yooo I received the bad service ever. Then on the 31st I send my review even now no response, There is a serious problem with the service from Mr Price.
