Bad Service!!!

The service we get from your WhatsApp line is really ridiculous. The agent does not introduce themselves, the one who was assisting me was rude and typed with capital letters which shows that he/she was shouting and it’s very rude. When I asked who I’m chatting to the agent closed the chat… is this the kind of service you give to your customers cause I know what customer service is and this is definitely not it at all…
