Bad service

Made chistmas laybe for my kids october, went to take laybye yesterday they told me my laybe is no wher to be found after standind on the line for 3 hrs, they eventually took me to the laybye storage only to find out my plastic was opened with few items not even the sizes i wanted, my stomach dropped bcoz i made dat laybye and choose christmas items i wanted for my kids very early, now my kids dont have christmas clothes due to MR PRICE
