Bad Service

I must say the staff at Mr Price Jabulani mall do not take their jobs seriously. On the 6th I arrived at the shop just before 9am to avoid long queues and the shop only opened at 9:20am, which wasted 20minutes in shoppers time. Service at the tills is horrible with only 2 cashiers operating on a busy weekend. The other employees were happily chatting away around the tills as if they were not at work. I think because the shop is Jabulani Soweto, customers are given bad service, one never experiences this at shops in the surbubs. I'm really disappointed with the service and would not encourage anyone I know to go there.
