Bad service
As in today the 4th of December I went to Middelburg Mall to take out my laybye only to find out they can't find it.. I waited for more than an hour while coming from work and tired,therefore I decided to continue with my shopping to other stores.. After 35 minutes I came back, still they didn't find it.. This is unacceptable at all.
