BAD SERVICE

I am so disappointed with the level of service i received at Mr Price Gateway today , disappointed is an understatement, I'm actually shook, i bought shoes at Mr Price, shoes that I SAW and shoes that I LIKE, only to get home after purchasing them and they aren't there amongst all the things i bought, i'm really so hurt i wont lie, So today i went to the store after sending an email and a message on facebook all i got was a message saying that they'll call me back nothing hence i decided to leave everything that i had to do and attend this issue, So when i got there i asked the store manager to play the footage for me and we both saw the Cashier THABISILE WHO DID NOT PUT THE SHOES IN THE BAG!!!! all i got was my money back which I DID NOT NEED & WHAT I NEED IS THE SHOES!!!!! i'm SO DISAPPOINTED Mr Price IS TERRIBLE!!!!!
