I went to mrp britsmall to Exchange items and the thabo assisted and he asked me to sign my receipt and I started with putting x and the guy asked if am the cardholder and i said yes and he called the manager and told her that am not the account holder without, then the lady started shouting at me untill I left the store without even paying my account because the lady was shouting at me as if am not the customer or something else My contact: ***
