BAD SERVICE... Disorganised cashiers and floor

It seems like employees that are placed in the townships are not trained to understand exactly what customer service is. The service at Mr Price "Alex Mall" is APPALLING. I got there, there were no cashiers at the till, evetually a guy with dreadlocks, "Katlego", he said(not sure if that's his real name),I had to ask for his name since NO ONE wears a name badge, came with the "I am doing you a favour" kind of attitude. He grabbed the clothing items from my hand and scanned them, he then told me how much I needed to pay. The money I had wasn't enough I then asked if he can remove 1 item. He called the supervisor for authorisation. The supervisor came, WITHOUT GREETING ME( like I were invisible) did what she was called for and left. The items cost R410, I paid with R500, the cashier asked if I don't have R10, I said No, because I literally did not have. He then said: " SO, What must I do now"? As if it was my fault. I asked if he cannot ask for change from his colleagues. He started shouting and telling me that *I should have change and I should not bring such "big" money*. I was astonished by what he told me really. Seriously???!!!! I think Mr Price should take all their employees to training. This is really UNACCEPTABLE!!!
