BAD SERVICE

I decided to open up a MR Price account for my kids. They advertised a six month discount promo which I will received when I make my first purchase. One is supposed to get an SMS with a voucher code. I have phoned everyday since a week ago and with no avail to get this voucher code. The one agent said I must go to a store and before I pay they will phone the call centre. Again with no avail I went to mr Price in the mall and still no voucher code. I left my basket at the counter and left, the person assisting me at the counter advised the lady on the phone said I must watch my phone. However the day has passed and still no SMS or a call to provide me with discount code for my first purchase.
