Bad Service

I have paid for an Express Delivery door to door for my parcel to be delivered. The delivery adress is the adress for a hotel where I work and there is always someone available to answer land line numbers and receive parcels at reception When I contacted Mr Price regarding my parcel, I was informed that the call centre gave my details to Dawn Wing couriers incorrectly I have asked them to also give Dawn wing my office number should they not reach me on my cell phone number should the signal be down which they have informed me they have done. After speaking to Dawn wing I discovered that Mr Price has not updated my details with Dawn wing. I am still waiting for my parcel. And Mr Price does not answer on my emails after asking them to cancel my order and to refund me the amount paid
