Bad service

I recent opened acvount with Mr price and they said I qualify for funeral policy fine I took it Along the way my installment went up I decided to cancel policy Yhey I went to store they said I must call head office I called then more than an hour they are not taking calls After many attempted I got lady that left me over the fone I continue I got another lady that tried to explain thier bad service I regret for opening account with them think twice before taking any thing with Mr price service is very poor
