BAD SERVICE

Am not happy with Mr price service I lodged a case on 2021/06/16 regarding a payment that went through when I was doing a checkout on MRP online but the order did not go through.I spoke to Rosedene, Berlin, Sne and Palesa with no help telling me the same thing they will get back to u within 24/48 hours am still waiting is July .this is my case crs10d514c I hope this is resolved because I need my money I don’t even want to buy anymore.
