Bad service

I have an account with Mr price that I would like to close I've paid my closing balance and called them and every month for 4 months now I'm still getting statements and every month is just an excuse after excuse Why can't this account close To open an account is so easy but to close them is such a mission I am really frustrated and disappointed at their service
