Bad service

I ordered items online it clearly stipulated 5 to 8 working day delivery.. And still by the 8th day the order shows shipping with no further information I emailed customer service no answer back from them. This is the first time I ordered with them and I will never do it again I will strongly advise all my friends and family not to use them.. Their shops are so unprofessional and the staff is very uneducated.. That's why I decided to buy online but yeah guess the hole of Mr price is useless
