Bad Service & Bad Quality

I was at Mr Price on 04/02/2015 Wednesday afternoon @ 17:00 and bought 3 pairs of shoes, firstly the cashier looked grumpy and was quite short tempered the one pair of shoes did not have a price on so she yelled at another person for the code, that person after a few minutes returned and said there weren't any of those shoes for the code ( there was an entire rack of them) I said there was and I had to fetch the other pair myself for the code I didn't even get a sorry for the inconvenience or a thank you, just a miserable look and after I paid not even a goodbye or enjoy your day all of this while the shop manager (Belinda) is right there behind the cashiers counter \Is that their idea of customer service?
