BAD SERVICE

Im truly dissapointed about the service i got from Mr Price,as we are in the Pandemic i decided to buy clothes online and the transaction was successful,i recieved the clothes but 1item was missing i recieved an email letting me know that my account wil be credited back for the missing item but still nothing,i called and spoke to an agent she promised to call me back but she didnt,even their watsapp they take more than 30minutes to connect you to the right department.all i need is my money back its been 3weeks now
