Bad service at Piketberg Mr Price

Yesterday me and some friends went to Mr price Piketberg to buy the shoe promotion of 2 pairs of shoes for R250. I then did not have enough credit on my mr price account and asked them to set aside the shoes for me until tomorrow (chrizette dietrich assisted me) she then asked the manager if this shoes is on promotion and the manager (ashlene rosenberg manager) said yes 2 for R250 until next week. This morning i went to fetch the shoes and then it shows that the shoes is not on promotion but it hanged under the promotional sign. Then the manager checked and scanned other shoes to check if the promotion is still on and it was but i had to pay the normal price for only 1 pair of shoes. She also said that the shoes i held aside was new stock and it was normal price but yesterday the shoes i set aside was on promotion. She (the manager) also assited me with an attitude. Is it not my consumer right to pay for something that shows the promotional price???
