Bad service at Pier 14

I am very disappointed at the extremely bad service I got from Mr Price in Pier 14 Port Elizabeth. I walked in with my son to buy a few items for him. I immediately saw a sign with " 2 for R100" .Before looking at the items I went and asked a manager who was standing by the door which items where included in the "2 for R100" sale. The gentlemen politely referred me to another gentlemen by the counter as he stated he was not sure and the gentlemenby the counter was is a "manager for that department" and will know. I walked to the next gentlemen and asked " does that 2 for R100 include all items in that rack?" And the gentlemenby said yes I can pick any 2 for 100 which I continued and did. After picking my 2 items(a vest and a t-shirt)I went and paid ,only to be told by the cashier that I got it wrong. I am supposed to either take 2 vests, or 2 t-shirts. So they advice I take an extra vest and extra Tshirt , which I do and come back and pay. After paying I realise I did not get any discount, so I come back to the store to enquire about the lack of discount only to be told by the same cashier's that ,no the 2 for R100 does not apply to the whole rack. It only applies to RT clothing items in that rack and not the 2 other brands I had picked in the same rack. At this point I am ****ed off as I have asked 3 people who uncles managers about the sale and this is the first I'm hearing of which items qualify,even though I explicitly asked about it.The same ladies who asked me to take an extra Tshirt and vest never mentioned stuff about which brand and allowed me to pay with them still. Please ensure your staff and managers are clued up about the sales or make sure your boards are clear. The lack of service I got there was just disgusting and when I asked to see the manager of the department that I had asked initially, I was told he is gone out so I can't see him. What utter *******. I wish I could send you some pictures I took of that store and the signs. Get your act together please.
