BAD SERVICE AT ONE STORE PLUS GREAT SERVICE AT ANOTHER

Purchased 2 pairs of sneakers online, the one pair was fine the second one's size was wrong. I called customer care and was advised to go to the nearest store which was church street, I called them first asked what time they close and if I can send a friend to exchange for me which they agreed. They close at 17h00 and my friend was there at 16h40 and was told it was too late they wanted to knock off of which was very disappointing. I then took a decision to exchange at another branch which is Liberty Midlands Mall which they did with no hassles, the reason I give them 3 stars is because of Midlands Mall store. Mr Price Church Street could do better with customer service.
