Bad service at mrprice Festival mall

I went to mrprice home in festival mall 2 gt a replacement card bcoz my there was some ********** attempt on my card and so mrprice blocked my card..when I got to mrprice home I was told they dnt hv..I went to mrprice sport and they also didn't have..I then went to mrprice apparel and the guy who was supposed 2 help me get a replacement card told me 2 come on during the week bcoz they won't pick up..he didn't evn attempt to call n see...im so dissatisfied with their service and will nver go to any mrprice festival mall.. they are unappreciative of their jobs and most ppl need jobs out there....
