BAD SERVICE AT MR PRICE PIETERMARITZBURG

Today at MR Price Pietermaritzburg church street branch I was treated like a ***** by the manager Marcia and assistant manager Sylvia even though I had not ****** anything. I went into the store to exchange an item for cash that I had bought at MRP Davenport centre. The security NK Thabethe took my parcel from me which had a pair of pants, a tshirt and a pair of earrings ;checked and sealed it. On the exchange sticker she put 2 items instead of the 3 items that were in the plastic bag. I went to the till I gave them the slip for an EFT transaction which they refused to take.I then asked to leave the store so that I will come back with slip that they need. When I got to the securities , so they could check my plastic the security NK Thabethe accused me of *****ing the earrings that were now in my packet. I told her I walked into the store with those earrings and she blatantly told me I was lying and I said to her you were the one that checked my plastic and you are the one that did not see the earrings why am I now at fault? She then proceeded to call the store manager who did not even care to listen to my story she hailed me across the store like a ***** because she needs to confirm with the Davenport branch that I did Infact purchase those items. The manager Marcia CONFIRMED with Davenport branch that I had bought the items INCLUDING the earrings I was accused of *****ing. She did not even say SORRY for HUMILIATING me in front of the whole store!!! I am very upset because they wasted my time! The manager has terrible manners and the way MR Price treats its customers is appalling!!! I am disgusted honestly
