Bad service at Mr price online

I ordered online on the 23 of July but my order didn’t go though I called then some lady gave me a very bad customer service I tried their WhatsApp and make q query fine thy said they will refund me cause they can see my money on their side they will refund me in 3-5 working days and I gave them all the supporting documents they wanted from me Day 5 was on Tuesday there’s no refund even now Wednesday I texted them again and they said it will be refunded but I haven’t receive it en today am I need that money so I can go shop elsewhere Their service is Bad shame wouldn’t evn recommend it to anyone
