Bad service at Mr Price Jabulani Mall

on Saturday the 06/11/2022 I went to the Mr Price store in Jabulani mall where I needed help with looking for seamless jumpsuits and I got one of the worker's there in the ladies department near the paying point to help me and when I greeted her she gave me a bad look of disgust and bad attitude on top of that and I believe that it is not a good way to give customer service. And further more she never even helped me or direct me to the correct person she just said it out loud with a bad tone that she does not have those things in her department .

I had to leave and go the Mr Price in Maponya mall for that item and honestly speaking regardless of how tired or unhappy you are when a customer approaches you at all times you must be friendly and helpful so I'm very disappointed at that store with the service I received and it wasn't the first time and it's time management does something with that
