Bad service at Mr Price Eyethu mall

What a bad service I have received at Mr Price Eyethu mall in Orange farm. I went there to exchange my sons flip flops for a bigger size but they did not have them in stock then I saw a nice sports bra that I have always wanted when I asked for the refund from the flops and use the money to layby my sports bra cause I didn't bring my wallet the cashier lost it she asked me if I don't see how many items other people are lay buying and she showed me the rapped plastic bags behind her it was like I'm just wasting her time doing a lay buy on one item. She continued shouting in Sesotho while she was doing the refund at the end she gave me money when I asked about the layby she rudely said don't I see that the item is on mark down I said yes and she said I can't lay-buy something that is on mark down rolling her eyes.
