Bad Service at Mr Price Auckland Park

What a bad experience I had At Mr. Price Auckland Park (Campus Square) on Saturday. A lady my the name of Gladys who is the store manager decided to leave the shop with no 1 to authorize for the returns and the on line activations. What annoyed me the most was her attitude towards us even her colleagues not considering that every person had to wait for more that 20minutes as the was no else other that herself to authorize as she had de activated everyone on the system without even telling her colleagues. Her reasons where she just done it in the morning. When I asked why does she de activate her colleagues from the system then leave the shop she just walked away. This is not the attitude a person prefer to deal with at the end of the month .If someone can have discussion with her and remind her that she might be a manager but she its important to respect herself and the people she works with.
