BAD SERVICE AT MR PRICE

Hi Kindly assist with the matter I raised on the 4th of June 2025 regarding the Samsung device purchased at Mr Price broad walk in Durban. I haven't received any feedback or the device back. Their service is so unpleasant. Today marks the 28th day of waiting for the matter to be resolved whereas they said it takes 21 day. Refence from Samsung is *** as my case was escalated.
