Bad service and rude stuff

I went to exchange at mr price spings and i was sent back by matsepiso she refused to help me saying that ahe want the card that was used to swipe for payment and when i asked her why she needs the card she said its either i give her the card and stop asking her questions because she knows what she wants to do with the card and i must not waste her time and bore her with attitude and then my cousin asked her whats her name she didnt even tel her name then we asked the security on our way out the security told u her name,and i was trying to explain to her y i dont have the card because it is not my card that was used to swipe for clothes i only have receipts i am going to take this further with consumer protection this is a verybad service no one at any store will ever want to be treated this way
