Bad service and rude by all degrees

Neshana as she is known by her manager Ashley Sundram called me on the 29th Jan 2015 concerning about my unpaid Mr Price account and I disclosed to her my current financial constraints. However she demanded I make the full payment continuously and was rude by all means, not only did she raise her voice at me but she was condescending by all degrees! I demanded to speak to her manager and she apologized and I told her never to use such tones on any customer. She called again today (02 Feb 2015)and used the same tone with me, I told her of my state and enquired what the next step would be as I wont be able to make any payments at the present moment and she continued raising her voice at me and demanding I pay the money this week, she asked me \what could possibly be my situation at the moment that I wouldn't be able to even pay R50"i had to explain my reasons to her but I was very upset and angry because she belittled me and I remembered her from the last call.
