bad service and responds with empty promises

i have requested a month ago and you promised to look at it and so is fix the status to paid up, and you have not done anything even now. "i have long paid mr Price and closed the account but they still deciding not to remove my name that i don't owe them anymore , they have a paid up letter but still not doing anything about it. i do not understand what do they mean when they say i owe them on my credit review."
