Bad service and poor service

I've been complaining about bad service of this store maybe a thousand times now but it shows they careless about their customers. Every time I go to Mr price to pay my account or buy I only found the most longest que I ever see were you must wait more than an hour because of poor service and 2 tills were open since last year. What's worse the till that you are allowed to pay with your bank card the was a guy who looks like a Nigerian with tattoos standing next to the cashier talking to her and that guy was not wearing a uniform you can see that he was not a staff but we were forced to use that till because we have no choice.
