Bad service and no carr for customers

Hello Peter I am so tired of the Mr Price group I placed an order with them 12 days ago,paid immediately. paid for the door to door option. delivery was supposed to take place within 3-6 working days. to date I have not received my order,on their system it shows that delivery was attempted on the 13th and there was no one home. I asked why has no one called me,I was told that they only call if they deliver furniture and not small items which is a lie because I have bought many times on MRP online and everytime a delivery will take place they would send an sms and then I will get a call from the delivery people I have called the company that they said they use for deliveru and apparently they do not have my items at their warehouse. they have never scanned them in please help me I paid these people over R3K for my kids winter items, if they can't deliver they must just bring back my money
