Bad service and *********** staff

I bought clothes at Mr Price online on the 13th of December for the amount of R1824.87 after I was done paying it said payment unsuccessful but the amount was deducted from my bank account. When I contacted them they said it will be investigated and will get feedback within 24 to 48 hours and that didn't happen, after a week they said they cannot find the money in their account and when I go to my bank they say the money is at Mr Price. I forwarded them everything from proof of payment to my bank statement, now they don’t respond to my texts or even my emails and once they do they resolve my conversation after knowing it’s me.
