bad service and *********** staff

<p>Me and my friend visited mr price alexandra to purchase sportswear, we got to the queue to pay, ok we get people standing and the queues are not moving, i then ask the cashier why is the only one person assisting the queue, then the other lady answers that they are offline, no communication with customers what-so-ever, then the lady's system comes back online but guy called Willie's is still offline, whilst we standing in the queue complaining, hes standing laughing at us as if we are stupid, he completely undermined all the customers that were the waiting to pay, even when he was online he didnt bother himself to apologize, he doesnt love his job, if so he must take a hike, we are blacks and black soften give us rotten service, i feel hes manager Isaac must teach his staff how to treat customers who bring business.</p>
