Bad service and from a South African company no man Mr Price

I am in mall of Africa no as I am writing this review I came in here at 4 it's 18;31 now I am still in a que to pay there is one cashier assisting with laybye and paying customers I asked for a manager apparently the manager has left for the day already I then asked for an assistant manager apparently she also left already is this the service we get or doe we alawyas have to fight to get perfect service apparently the supervisor name is sibosuso mthembu if she don't want to work she must go home there is people out that's wants work give it to them for God sake their wis not even aircon in this dam store I am frustrated because this is not on really Mall of Africa is such a big mall to get such bad service maybe I should just speak to the mall manager and get signatures to close this store really our country is bad as it is and then we still have to deal with this and on top of it the staff is rude and arrogant I hope this get read because if Mr Price worn do anything then I don't know
