Bad service and attitude

To whom it may concern.

I was in your store today the 29 October 2024.

The is a supervisor in that store (Gezina Pretoria Gauteng) by the name of Thembi, I think Mr. Price should take her back to train for customer service, or she thinks she owns that store the way she talk to customers.

I went the to pass my gratitude thanx to Eno the store manger apparently she was off., then I asked the supervisor who was standing at the door that is possible to give me Eno to numbers, she rep**** with attitude I won't give it to you I don't even know if you are his boyfriend or what, mind you she did not ask me my name as her name badge is turned around so I can not see who em I talking to.

I find it strange. Then I called some one to assit me so I can know this store falls under Wich area. She then said Jah with attitude again I will also call Ephraim mind you I don't even know who's this Ephraim guy.

She laid in front of me to this Ephraim guy saying the is guy here he doesn't even tell me his name and she wants Eno. Becouse I was frustrated with her ****s I said can you give this Ephraim guy numbers she said no I won't and even Ephraim said I must not give you his numbers. Mind you one she did no ask me why you do I want feo Eno or offer me alternative to reach out for Eno.

Is this way you treat your customers. The rest I won't say as am very disappointed and treated like a piece of trash at a front door.

Mind you I am a married man. How can I be Enos boyfriend. Please put the right employees on the right positions.

She's does not deserve to be in management position as she's indolent to think and come up with solutions to a happy customer.
