Bad service

I went to Mr Price Tambotie - Randfontein to lay-by some items I picked. I went to the till only to be told that their lay-by option was offline and there was no signed to warn customers that the lay-by was offline. I asked the lady (Letisha) if they are always offline for lay-by as it wasn't the first time I went to the store to lay-by and was not assisted and told that they are offline. She answered by saying that when the head office is offline they also get offline and that loadshedding also has an impact, which at the time there was no loadshedding (16/12/2023). I went to Mr Price Village Square (Randfontein), to my surprise their lay-by option was online (working), unfortunately I didn't have a size for the items I was looking for. I'm very disappointed as it was not the first time Letisha told me they were offline yet they were not.
