Bad service

I app**** for a Mr Price Account on 17 August 2021. I was provisionally approved and had to send in my documentation. I sent this yesterday morning. I got probably 5 or 6 smss to say I am provisionally approved to send my docs. I eventually phoned in to the call centre who advised that there is a problem with my credit bureau he will escalate to the account opening team because he is unable to transfer the call. To date no feedback and phone call received. Really bad service
