BAD SERVICE

I bought a handbag from Mr Price Worcester. I went to return it 3 days later. The cashier told me that I cannot return the bag because it is part of accessories and it is on their till slip. I told the lady that the slip was emailed and their is no T&C on an emailed slip and when I bought the bag the cashier did not mention anything about the bag that cannot be returned. I phoned their customer care line, they told me to send an email which I did. The emailed I received back from Thembeka Duma, it says that I should try and return the bag at another Mr Price store and if they doesn't want to do the return then the store should phone customer care. I told her that this store is nearest to me and she should phone the store. But no luck. What I dont understand is, why can't 1 return a handbag, it is not something you can put in your ears.
