Bad service

Hello my name is Lufuno,I have an account with mr price which u think i started having it 2016,I have never checked on my statement with them,I wiuld only check on my slip how much am owing them,I always thought that their interest where ridiculous until i decided to close the account this year to ckose the account because i always thought they are really chowing my miney with their interest,So on Thursday (17/10/2019)because i decided to pay the account off and close it,So on thursday thats when i got to see the statement and i realise that they have been chargung me R100 of airtime,Everymonth they have been topping me up with R100 of airtime of the mr price simcard which am not using,Which i never received,The R100 airtime was never discussed with me that it will be loaded I would like my refund of all the R100 which has been loaded without my consent ,Which i was paying without me knowing about it.please hello peter intereve.
