Bad service

I went Mr price Mall of Africa to get a store card since my account was approved i went there with my ID they said it was not okay, i showed the SMS to fetch the store card they told me i should go to home affairs to do an ID , they did not even give me a chance to explain the manager was rude saying she could see its me on the picture and my ID was old they won't activate my account
