Bad service

I'm very disappointed with the service I received at Zevenwacht Mr Price. I had an online order and the hat that I ordered was damaged I wanted to exchange it for something else nowhere on my online proof of purchase state that I cannot exchange it. The consultant had a stink attitude we don't exchange accessories I told her I didn't know that the hat is part of accessories and nowhere on the slip it state that. She was keeping by her word and I said is fine I'm not going to leave it here the manager standing with her back to me not saying anything. I was so angry and left the store with the hat what must I do with it? My money I paid for it . Please train your staff customer service.
