BAD SERVICE!!!

I went to Mr Price Paarl Mall on saturday (10.10.2020) so as i browse through the scarfs i saw a red markdown tag hanging on this particular rail and so i took the scarf. when i got to the till to pay i told the cashier that there's a red tag on the rail so she scanned it and it was normal price ,so i went to go show her where this markdown tag is and she called the manager and the one who works at that department. They were speaking Afrikaans thinking that i dont understand saying remove that tag we not gonna give her for that price she's crazy. I did not have the energy to argue coz i wasn't feeling well so i just walked away. Tarrein and Roesna you really need to go for customer service training.
