Bad service

I went to the Mr Price clothing in Cape Gate mall and i was very disappointed with the treatment received by your security at the door. First of all i do understand that we are in the midst of a pandemic and we all have to abide by Covid regulations however i feel that your security staff needs to be trained on how to treat customer. I was standing in que for alomost 30 minutes with my husband when a customer walked past and complained about the long que she then went was then let in by the security without having to stand in line at that time my husband was let in and i had to wait when i mentioned that this lady did not stand in the que and was let in leaving me to wait the security very rudely shouted at my self and my husband after i had very politely advised her of what she happened. I do not think that i will ever visit this store again as this was my first time shopping at this branch.
