BAD SERVICE

So yesterday iwas in one of mrp stores in cape town at zevenwacht mall to return a damaged item tht ibought 2weeks back in golden acre nd iwas told by the manager there tht imust return the item to were i bought it bcause its damaged even though i had my slip,so iwas so unhappy wth the way the manager named ezekiel treated me as if ididnt buy the item,nd it was the first time igot such a bad experience or a bad service there
