Bad service

Bad service I have received at Jabulani mall.. The attitude I got from the cashiers was soo bad.i bought a dress at rosebank today when I got home realizing the dress is small I went to exchange it at Jabulani mall I didn't know the dress needed to have a belt they didn't even bother to check it before they pack it for me at rosebank, I got to Jabulani mall and I asked them to exchange the dress and the attitude I got made me angry that I didn't even Wana argue with the lady. I couldn't get her name but I called customer care to report the matter I then received the call from the manager & I am highly sure she's the one who was looking when the lady was disrespecting me tellinge just because I didn't bring the dress with the belt she will take the belt. I then asked if u can check why didn't they do so at rosebank. I'm soo disappointed in how customers are treated. I work at a retail store but believe me such attitude to give customers its a no no.. Manager called me to fetch the belt when I have left already yet they saw me leaving the store and they didn't care. I believe if I bought this dress at Jabulani mall and went to exchange it at rosebank I was never gona be treated like this, making noise for every one to hear..
