Bad service

Mr prize in Bridge City has a bad customer service I bought a pocket router on the 27 or 28 March 2020 mobicel gold and it did not take my SIM cards I only had a chance to return it today and they said no they can’t take it because I don’t have the sim it’s came out with advise the lady I did not take it cause I had my two data sim with me that I will be using. I asked for supervisor or manager non available to hear or help me I did report this via email that I was givin by them if it’s not working they was no response as well I paid R599,00 cash it’s not a contract it’s a router that not working not a SIM card
