Bad service

I bought clothes close to R10 000, then I exceeded my credit limit, I was with my sister some of the clothes I bought for her, she went to PnP, for me to sort out this problem I called her back so she can decide which clothes she's gonna return, but they refused to open for her as the shop was closed already, the lady there gave us a very bad attitude she said she is a manager there, I was very upset I forgot to take her name, I ended up using my credit card to pay the exceeded amount because I didn't want to dissapoint my sister, I needed her to come so that she can agree if she's gonna be able to pay the credit card or not, but funny enough after I paid they open the door for her as they said they can't open because its company policy, I feel it was unfair of them because they know what was the problem and I could have avoided using my credit card unecessary, I'm really not happy with the service I experianced at Mr Price.
