Bad service

Hi ..I have purchased a phone from you guys in November 2025 sometime back and I was assisted at the Chatsworth branch by thabo and Priya ...however we had some misunderstandings regarding the purchase how that was resolved and I purchased a phone with a screen guard aswell..how ever they did not have any more stock in store even tho I paid ....I was told as soon as stock come in next Friday from purchasing day and I'll get a call or message to tell me to come in ...Its now 4 months pass never got a call or even a follow up to say come and pick up however in this 4 months IV been in and out the store and they like no stock ...fine I understand but the right thing to have done in 4 months would have been atleast to keep me updated ...fast forward till Feb 2026 today ..I go the mall so I sat let me go check ...I didn't take my phone along as it was on charge on home ...I went in got a screen guard asked why I was never called they like didn't even have anything to say but saying the tried ..lady who assisted the sale could not even say good morning ...is that customer service purchasing a 4k price item ...to the main part of the story they gave me a wrong screen gaurd like really now I removed the original hard plastic of the screen cause I was told to keep it on till I get the screen gaurd ...no I fit the new on and boom my from camera is now blocked out I can use my phone for my google meets with clients I loose income I remove the wrong screen gaurd my LCD gets scratched ...like really is this what I must endure just for a r50 screen gaurd...note it's not about the r50 screen gaurd it's about the service and customer service and support that was suppose to be given...following up on clients that u know had unsolved problems issue or whatever it may be...not wishing anything bad but damn guys chatsworth branch service very bad 😔😔😔 disappointed in that cell phone phone Mr price cellular
