Bad service

Very disapointed in the service. I placed an order on the 26th of June, they received the EFT but the order did not create, thus the problem was on their side. On the 2nd of July I received a gift voucher from them, they did not even call and apologise and ask me if I want a voucher or my money back. I then called a few times as well as whatsapped them on the whatsapp number, I emailed them as well, every time they tell me to do something different or that they will get back to me. I still have not received my money back. It feels as if the people do not really want to help you. Very disapointed in the service.
